ACH Transfer

Pay your invoice online with our ACH bank transfer option. Conveniently and securely transfer funds directly from your bank with no additional fees or hassle.

Credit Card

Our new Payment Portal will continue to accept credit cards as an option. A 3.5% processing fee will be applied by the vendor to all credit card transactions.

Payment Plan

Our new portal allows you to setup payment plans. These plans offer an easy way to spread the cost of your invoice(s) totaling $5,000 or more over 3,6, 9 or 12 fixed monthly payments. This method includes finance charges set by QuickFee, not YHB.

For clients who want to submit payment via mail, the remittance address is: PO Box 2560, Winchester, VA 22604. Please make sure your invoice number is added to the memo line to assure payment is applied to your account.
