84.3% of YHB clients rated their experience a 9 or 10 out of 10, compared to the industry average of 48%
YHB earned a Net Promoter® Score of 78.9%, more than double the industry average of 38%
19.3% of YHB clients participated in the survey, providing a broad and representative view of the firm’s service quality across practices
