Brian started his career with YHB in 2019 upon earning a Master’s in Taxation and Bachelor’s in Accounting from West Virginia University. He is a licensed CPA in both Virginia and West Virginia and serves clients by providing tax, accounting, and consulting services. He is an active member of the Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants (VSCPA), the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), and the National Society of Certified Healthcare Business Consultants (NSCHBC).
As part of YHB’s growing healthcare team, Brian works with various single and multi-provider medical and dental practices and their owners. More broadly, he also services a wide range of other professional service businesses including law firms, insurance agents & consultants. Brian enjoys working with business owners to help them maximize tax savings & reach their financial goals.
Brian is a leader in the firm, serving on YHB’s Employee Advisory Committee. He also assists with YHB’s annual internship program and tax boot camp trainings for newly hired associates.
Outside of work, Brian enjoys spending time with his wife, Shannon, and their two kids, Payton & Jackson. He also enjoys playing golf whenever he gets the chance with friends and colleagues in the community.
