YHB is committed to responding as quickly as possible to developments regarding COVID-19 (Coronavirus). We are following the recommendations provided by the Commonwealth of Virginia and the CDC.

In response to additional guidance given by the Virginia Department of Health and the CDC concerning COVID-19 (Coronavirus), YHB will be deploying these additional measures:
- YHB offices are open by appointment only. Please setup an appointment prior to visiting a YHB office. We encourage you to use our digital solutions for sending documents.
- Most staff continue to work remotely, and are available by phone and email if you have questions or concerns. We are well-equipped technologically and operationally, and have taken steps to ensure our ability to serve you with minimal disruption.
- All tax returns will be delivered digitally or, if requested, by mail. Arrangements for paper copies to be picked up can be made by making an appointment.
- Please wear a mask and practice social distancing when visiting an office. Per guidance released by the CDC and Virginia Health Department, we ask that all guests wear a mask while in a YHB office. If you are uncomfortable wearing a mask, alternative meeting spaces outside or virtually meetings may be available.
