Failing to meet these deadlines may result in administrative dissolution, termination, or cancellation, as well as loss of name protection.

How to File Your Annual Report

Filing your report online is fast and straightforward. Follow these steps:

  1. Log in at https://file.dos.pa.gov.
  2. Search for your company name under “Business Search.”
  3. Click on the “File Annual Report” icon. (No PIN access required.)
  4. Confirm or update your entity information.
  5. Pay the $7 fee (no fee for nonprofits).
