Zach Kloska is the Chief Financial Officer of YHB, overseeing the firm’s financial operations to ensure strategic financial planning and robust management, driving YHB’s growth and competitiveness. Before joining YHB, Zach excelled in management consulting, specializing in FP&A advisory, strategic financial planning, corporate development, and strategy. His expertise spans multiple industries, focusing on post-merger integration, indirect rate and segmentation strategy, cost optimization, and financial reporting. He has also supported due diligence, M&A screening, and investment planning activities.
Zach’s career highlights include advising on indirect rate strategies, optimizing cost structures, and transforming back-office functions. He has also guided successful ERP implementations, enhancing data management and financial reporting, created a playbook for product launches, analyzed cost synergies for investments, and did due diligence on a multi-billion dollar industrial acquisition for a private equity firm. He also led the development of a $1.5 billion investment strategy for a Sovereign Wealth Fund, enhancing regional and national security.
Prior to his consulting career, Zach played a pivotal role in Lockheed Martin’s Corporate Strategy & Development, collaborating with the Executive Leadership Team on critical strategic initiatives. He also completed Lockheed Martin’s Finance Leadership Development Program, rotating through several roles and functions across the corporation.
Zach is an active member of the CFO Leadership Council, participating in various financial and business strategy forums to foster professional growth and innovation. He is also an elected member of the Board of Directors for the Colorado Honor Band Association, where he contributes as an advisor, playing a key role in shaping the organization’s strategic, financial, and operational planning.
