About Kylie
Kylie Kidwell is a Tax Manager based in YHB’s Winchester office. She began her career with YHB as an extern before joining the firm as an intern in 2020. Kylie earned her bachelor’s degree from Shepherd University, double majoring in Accounting and Financial Planning.
In 2022, Kylie received YHB’s ELITE Award for Breakout Performance, recognizing her contributions and growth within the firm.

Kylie has built her career at YHB, progressing from intern to Tax Manager while developing a strong focus on serving healthcare clients. She works with practices of varying sizes, from single-owner practices to larger, multi-provider organizations, helping them navigate their tax needs as their businesses grow and evolve.

As a member of YHB’s Healthcare Team, Kylie specializes in tax planning and compliance for healthcare practices. She takes a proactive approach to client relationships, staying connected throughout the year to identify planning opportunities and adjust tax strategies as clients’ businesses and goals change.
Kylie values building long-term relationships with her clients and providing practical guidance that goes beyond year-end tax compliance. Her goal is to help clients understand their options and make informed decisions throughout each stage of their practice’s growth.
Other Interests
Outside of work, Kylie enjoys puzzles and baking and is always looking for a new recipe to try. She recently started gardening and enjoys turning what she grows into homemade jams and pickles. Kylie also enjoys traveling with her husband, Mason, spending time at the park with their dog, Cooper, and winding down with a good show when there isn’t a game to watch.
