Winchester, VA (February 15, 2018) — Yount, Hyde and Barbour (YHB) is proud to announce the creation of a new subsidiary, YHB Wealth Advisors.
“We are very excited to be able to offer financial planning and portfolio management services through YHB Wealth to clients,” said Scott Moulden, President of Yount, Hyde & Barbour. “This past fall we completed our first formal client survey and the overwhelming response from our clients was a desire for a deeper level of involvement with their financial picture. While we were not surprised to hear this, we did not expect the sheer number of respondents asking for this service. Once the need was clear, we accelerated our plan to provide wealth management services.”
YHB Wealth Advisors, LLC (YHB Wealth) was officially formed in December of 2017 as a subsidiary of Yount, Hyde & Barbour and is a Registered Investment Advisor with the Commonwealth of Virginia. The newly formed company will be supervised by an Advisory Board of the partners of Yount, Hyde & Barbour and managed on a daily basis by the Director of Wealth Management, Randy Beeman.
Randy joined YHB Wealth in January of 2018 with more than 15 years of experience managing financial assets for individuals, retirement plans and businesses. He was a co-founder of the Wise Investor Group in Reston, Virginia and co-hosted The Wise Investor Show on WMAL 630 AM and 105.9 FM in Washington, D.C., and the Midweek Update podcast. He is also the co-author of Value Returns: Wise Investing for the Next Decade and Beyond. Randy was named to the list of Barron’s “Top 100 Financial Advisors” in the United States each year from 2009 to 2013.
