Winchester, VA (September 29, 2016) — The shareholders of Yount, Hyde and Barbour (YHB) have voted to admit three new principals into the Firm effective October 1, 2016.

As YHB continues to grow we are enthusiastic these individuals will now help lead our firm into the future.”
Justin Crowder, CPA
Justin has been an audit leader on the YHB Community Bank Services team for the last several years. He has worked exclusively for the bank team since graduating from Old Dominion University performing external audits, internal audits, bank tax services and SOX consulting. Justin will continue to lead the team’s expansion from the Firm’s office in Richmond.
Brian Kling, CPA
Brian is experienced in providing income and business consulting to highly successful individuals in numerous professions. As a native of western Loudoun, he is familiar with the diverse people, places, and ideas that make Loudoun County unique. Brian is also involved with the family wealth planning team where he focuses on estate planning, taxation, estate, and trust administration. He will continue to lead the Firm’s aggressive expansion into the Northern Virginia market from the Leesburg office.
Jesse Meadows, CPA
Based in YHB’s Roanoke office, Jesse is part of the Firm’s Community Bank Services group and leads the team’s compliance efforts. He graduated from Marshall University in 2003 and received a Master’s Degree in Professional Accounting from West Virginia University in 2004. Jesse will continue to serve Community Bank clients from the Roanoke office as the team’s presence continues to expand.
