Marquis began his accounting career with RSM, serving as both an intern and an associate before joining YHB in January 2021. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from James Madison University in 2018 and obtained his CPA license in June 2025. In addition to his professional credentials, Marquis holds a certification in Microsoft Excel.
With a focus on audit and attest services, Marquis brings a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to each engagement. He has extensive experience working with benefit plans, investment funds, government contracting entities, and is committed to helping clients strengthen their financial reporting and internal controls. Marquis values clear communication and strives to be a reliable advisor by providing practical insights and steady support throughout the year.
Outside of work, Marquis enjoys staying active whether it being working out, boxing or traveling, but also enjoys watching football and cheering on his favorite team, the Atlanta Falcons.
