About Kelly
Kelly Domenick, CPA, is a Principal at YHB with more than 20 years of experience providing tax and business advisory services to closely held businesses, business owners, and individuals. Her practice includes advising government contractors as well as corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies, helping clients navigate complex tax matters, make informed financial decisions, and plan for long-term success.
Kelly is known for building trusted, long-term relationships with her clients and serving as a practical advisor who understands that tax planning is one part of a larger business strategy. She works closely with leadership teams to identify opportunities, manage risk, and develop thoughtful solutions that align with each organization’s goals.
Kelly earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Penn State University and became a Certified Public Accountant in 2000. She later earned a Master of Taxation from Robert Morris University, further strengthening her expertise in strategic tax planning and advisory services.
Her commitment to client service and technical excellence has earned her recognition as a Top Tax Professional by Northern Virginia Magazine.
Kelly is an active member of the Loudoun County Chamber of Commerce, the Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants (VSCPA), and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).

Outside of work, Kelly is actively involved with St. Theresa Catholic Church in Ashburn, Virginia, and supports her children’s schools and community activities.
