With nearly a decade at YHB, Jeremy has played a pivotal role in shaping the firm’s marketing, business development, and client engagement strategies. His expertise in market positioning, competitive strategy, and innovation makes him a key driver of YHB’s continued success.
Before stepping into the CSO role, Jeremy served as Chief Marketing Officer, where he built and led a high-performing marketing and business development team. His leadership strengthened YHB’s brand presence, expanded service offerings, and enhanced client relationships. His background includes experience in market analysis, sales strategy, and business intelligence from one of the world’s top law firms, as well as hands-on experience in customer engagement and lead generation in the manufacturing sector.
Beyond his leadership responsibilities, Jeremy is passionate about mentorship and professional development, regularly coaching younger professionals and contributing to firm-wide training initiatives. He is an active member of the Top of Virginia Chamber of Commerce and sits on the Board for the Association for Accounting Marketing, sharing industry insights and best practices with peers. He is also involved in community organizations such as Blue Ridge Habitat for Humanity and United Way of the Northern Shenandoah Valley.
Jeremy earned his Professional Certified Marketer in Marketing Management certification from the American Marketing Association in 2020 and completed his MBA from Longwood University in 2024. A frequent speaker at industry events, he provides thought leadership on growth strategy, business development, and client engagement.
