Winchester, VA (January 24, 2023) — The shareholders of YHB have voted to admit Christen Orndorff, CPA and Ben Sandala, CPA as Principals effective February 1st, 2023.
“We are pleased to promote Christen and Ben to Principal,” says Scott Moulden, CEO of YHB. “Both of them have proven their exceptional technical expertise and dedication to serving their clients in the Leesburg and Middleburg communities. I know they will continue to exhibit this client-first mentality as they transition into their new leadership roles with YHB.”
Christen has over 15 years of accounting experience and joined the YHB team in 2011. She provides tax and advisory services to clients, specifically growing businesses looking to address challenges in daily operations and planning for the future.
“I am looking forward to this next step as Principal at YHB, while getting to become a part of the leadership team in our Leesburg office,” said Orndorff. “Our team continues to set the bar high with our service to clients and I am excited to see how we can continue to flourish moving forward.”
We are also pleased to introduce Ben Sandala. Ben started his career at YHB in August 2011 and has spent his time at YHB specializing in tax and consulting services in conjunction with YHB’s Private Client Services Team. This includes income tax planning and compliance for individuals, businesses, and estate administration. Ben is also active in several of YHB’s internal initiatives. He is the co-chair of the YHB Employee Advisory Committee and a member of the YHB Accountants for Continuing Education (ACE) team.

Christen will be located in YHB’s Leesburg office while Ben will continue to serve clients out of the Middleburg office. The firm now has a total of 38 principals throughout 11 locations.
