About Luke
Luke began his professional career at YHB upon graduation from Virginia Tech with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Information Systems as well as Finance. Since that time, he has dedicated his career to helping financial institutions navigate complexity, strengthen their businesses, and make confident decisions. His practice encompasses external audit, internal audit, and consulting and advisory services for SEC-reporting and non-SEC clients. With a strong advisory focus, Luke combines technical expertise with an understanding of each client’s business to deliver practical guidance that extends beyond compliance.
A leader in business development, team mentorship and development, and client education, Luke translates evolving accounting, auditing, and regulatory developments into actionable insights for financial institution executives and boards. He has served on YHB’s Human Resources Advisory Council, Marketing Advisory Council, and Audit Quality Committee, reflecting his commitment to developing people, strengthening client relationships, and advancing audit quality. Across his work, Luke emphasizes a proactive, collaborative approach to helping clients address challenges and identify opportunities.
