Event Description:

Join us for a webinar on the final permanent standard issued by the Virginia Department of Labor and Industry and what it means for employers when these rules take effect on March 26th. With Virginia becoming one of the first states to implement standards to reduce the spread of COVID-19, organizations of all sizes are adjusting to adapt for the long haul. The permanent standard is designed to establish requirements for employers to control, prevent and mitigate the spread of the virus that causes COVID 19 in the workplace. The new law provides additional requirements that enhance existing Virginia Occupational Safety and Health (VOSH) rules and regulations and applies to most employers, employees, and places of employment in Virginia.
