Dorrie provides consulting services for clients with selection, execution, and training of various accounting process and software solutions. She utilizes her accounting and industry knowledge to aid businesses on deciding which tools to implement for current and future requirements. When doing this, she is able to leverage her technical experience with her unique understanding of the challenges businesses face.
Stephen joined YHB in 2018 with extensive experience in IT Audit and Advisory Services. His background includes internal and external IT Audit services for state and federal agencies and Fortune 500 companies in retail, manufacturing and financial lending. Most recently, he was an instructor at Virginia Commonwealth University focusing on technology-related courses in the Accounting Department’s graduate and undergraduate programs.
Zubair joined Glass Jacobson Wealth Advisors in December 2022 as the firm’s Director of Wealth Advisory Services. With 18 years of industry knowledge as an investment advisor and financial planner, he likes to work with families to help make correct and efficient financial decisions with their long-term goals in mind. He earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Connecticut, a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Hartford, and a Master of Science in Accountancy degree from the University of Phoenix.
Spencer is a trial lawyer whose practice centers on construction and commercial litigation. Companies and individuals rely on his steady, outcome focused counsel to cut-through complex disputes and establish a productive path forward.
Spencer has experience resolving disputes related to mechanic’s liens, construction contracts, tort liability related to construction, business torts (tortious interference with contract, defamation per se, fraud, conspiracy, etc.), general contracts, premises liability and real estate/property issues (including partition, boundary line disputes, trespass, and nuisance).
Ryan Donnelly is responsible for executing merger and acquisition advisory and capital formation engagements for a variety of companies across the engineering and construction space.
His work focuses on helping clients with valuations, ownership transfer issues, and mergers and acquisitions, including both seller and buyer representation.
