PCAOB completes Yount, Hyde & Barbour, P.C. inspection

Winchester, VA The Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) has successfully completed their inspection of the registered public accounting firm Yount, Hyde & Barbour, P.C. The inspection report was issued in accordance with the requirements of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002. The inspection took place July 6, 2009 to July 9, 2009.  Their report indicates that no findings were cited as a result of the inspection. The PCAOB is a private-sector, nonprofit corporation, created by the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002, to oversee the auditors of public companies in order to protect the interests of investors and further the public interest in the preparation of informative, fair, and independent audit reports.
